According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, a lawsuit filed Monday in Fulton County court claims that the “You Be Killin’ Em” rapper attacked Octavious Butler at the Fox Sports Grill in Atlanta. Butler was allegedly hit with a glass bottle and punched in the attack.
