NEW YORK (WPIX)—
Two New York City police officers charged with raping a drunk, semiconscious woman they were called to help are now facing additional charges.The trial of officers Kenneth Moreno and Franklin Mata was postponed Monday after prosecutors announced that a new video showed the pair paying four visits to the victim that night.
Prosecutors initially alleged that Morena and Mata visited the apartment twice.
Moreno and Mata already faced charges including rape. They pleaded not guilty Monday to additional burglary, official misconduct and other counts. READ MORE
