KNICKS REJECT THE OFFER FROM THE NUGGETS FOR MELO!!

COURTESY OF VLADTV.COM - The Nuggets asking price is a bit too high for the Knicks

Donnie Walsh could have had Melo as early as of yesterday but it was essentially gutting the team. The report insist that the Nuggets asked for Gallinari, Raymond Felton, Eddy Curry, Another Starter (Wilson Chandler or Landry Fields) & A first round pick.

Talk about A LOT for a soon to be Free Agent. The report also says that the Nuggets would include Chauncey Billups in the trade.

CBS' Ken Berger has reported that the Knicks Donnie Walsh will meet with the Nuggets President during the upcoming All Star Weekend festivities to discuss further deals for Carmelo Anthony.

It looks like the Knicks are the favorite to landing 'Melo
