*MURDER* MOTHER AND DAUGHTER FOUND STABBED TO DEATH IN BROOKLYN!!

SHEEPSHEAD BAY, BROOKLYN (WPIX)— 

Police are investigating a grisly double homicide in Brooklyn after a mother and daughter were found stabbed to death in their apartment late Sunday night.

Cops arrived at an apartment building at East 13th Street andGravesend Neck Road at about 11:15 p.m. to check on a 27-year-old woman, who was reported missing.

When they arrived at her sixth floor apartment, officers made their gruesome discovery -- the 27-year-old woman and her 57-year-old mother stabbed to death.

Cops say the 27-year-old woman was stabbed multiple times in the torso, and her mother was stabbed multiple times in the torso and face.

Responding EMS workers declared them both dead at the scene.

A medical examiner will determine the exact cause and time of the womens' deaths.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.

The identities of the women are pending proper familiy notifications.
