VICTOM RAPED BY 2 NYPD OFFICERS BREAKS DOWN IN COURT!

The woman who claims she was taken advantaged of by a New York City police officer wept in court Thursday as she recalled details from the sexual encounter that has two cops on trial for rape.

The accused officers, Franklin Mata and Kenneth Moreno, were on hand as the alleged victim, described only as a 29-year-old woman, broke down as she told jurors what happened on a night nearly two and a half years ago.

According to prosecutors, Mata and Moreno were called to the woman's
East Village apartment on Dec. 7, 2008 to escort her into her home from a taxi cab following a night of heavy drinking. The officers walked her into her apartment and brought her to a room where she eventually blacked out.

Although still conscious and passing out at several points, the victim recalls awakening to being raped. She also told the jury, she remembered hearing the distinct sound of police radios throughout the night.

When she woke up the following day, she said she felt like she was violated.

"I felt like somebody had had sex with me," she told jurors. "I felt so dirty I wanted to take a shower."

When asked if her alleged rapist wore a condom, she said she didn't know.

Prosecutors claim Moreno raped the drunken woman on that fateful December night, while his partner Mato acted as a look-out.

"Because I was so intoxicated, I was dead weight," the victim said with tears in her eyes. "I couldn't say or do anything."

While showering the following morning, she began to piece everything together and realized that she was raped. She said remembers running to a neighbor's apartment and telling her the story.

"I said I had been raped and it was the cops," the weeping woman testified.

As the victim broke down in tears, the judge decided to declare a recess.

Moreno and Mata have pleaded not guilty to rape, burglary and misconduct charges. The officers face up to 25 years in prison if convicted.
