*VIDEO* A CLERK GETTING STABBED AND ROBBED BY TWO MEN IN THE BRONX!

BRONX, NY (PIX11) -- Police have released surveillance footage in the hunt for two thugs who stabbed and tried to rob a man in a Bronx parking garage Sunday.

On Apr. 24, two men, one armed with a concealed knife, entered the garage at 260 E. 143
rd St. and demanded money from the 58-year-old clerk working inside a small office, police said.

When the victim refused, the men attacked him.  In surveillance video, a man wearing a black hoodie and a Yankees hat can be seen punching the victim hard in the face.  In a chilling moment, the suspect then pulls a kitchen knife out of his waistband and stabs the man in the upper torso.

Despite the vicious punch and the stab wound, the feisty older man fights back, pushing his knife-wielding attacker out the door in a burst of energy, and his accomplice follows close behind.  The two would-be robbers ran out of the garage after failing to steal anything in the violent attack, police said.

The victim was taken to Lincoln Hospital where he was treated and released.

Police are looking for two Hispanic men, both between 25 and 35 years of age.

The suspect with the knife is approximately 150 lbs and was wearing a Yankees hat, black hoodie with white trim and tan work boots, according to police.

The second suspect is about 160 lbs. and was last seen wearing a baseball hat and a blue wind breaker with grey sleeves.
