JAYZ AND ROC NATION SUED BY VOLCOM FOR TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT!

vladtv.com- Jay Z has to be frustrated dealing with yet another lawsuit!
A legal lawsuit has been filed against Roc Nation for trademark infringement. The lawsuit is over the diamond shaped logo the brand uses. Volcom, a popular clothing brand, claims that their logo was stolen.

A spokesperson for Volcom says: "
While Roc Nation appears to have initially used the diamond only in combination with the words 'Roc Nation' it is now using the diamond log on its own, causing a likelihood of confusion among consumers."

According to AllHipHop, Volcom says that Roc Nation was notified that the logo infringed on their trademark rights, but they ignored all requests to stop using the trademark. Volcom claims they've invested over $100,000,000 in marketing for the logo.
