THE TOUR BUS ACCIDENT IN THE BRONX THAT KILLED 15 PEOPLE WAS NOT CLIPPED!

BRONX, NY (PIX11) -- The tour bus that crashed last month on the way back from the Mohegan Sun casino, killing 15 people, was not touched by another vehicle before the accident, federal regulators said Friday.
The ruling disputes what the driver, Ophadell Williams, told police after the horrendous crash.  Williams claimed he had been clipped by a tractor-trailor, causing him to turn sharply to try to avoid it.
The bus, owned by World Wide Travel, flipped over on Interstate 95 on March 12, slamming into a stanchion that nearly cut the vehicle in half, ripping down the length of the vehicle.
The report from the National Transportation Safety Board also stated that Williams was driving at 78 mph, 23 mph over the speed limit.
Williams has not been charged with a crime, but some of the passengers are suing him, claiming that he was falling asleep while driving.
