BEANIE SIGEL SAYS JAYZ "MESSED UP" HIS G-UNIT DEAL!

VLADTV.COM- "Beanie Sigel blames Jay-Z for his missed label deal with G-Unit records. According to Beans his loyalty to Jay hindered him from jumping on the G-unit offer. Beans says "When I first got out of jail, I had a meeting, a situation that was already lined up and set up where I could've had [a deal] over there. He [50 Cent]  wanted to give me a label, a whole label deal ... and a whole lot of money too."
Beans said he asked Jay to release him from Def Jam, at the time Jay was president at Def Jam...He [Beans] said that he didn't want to leave Roc-A-Fella, just Def Jam; but Jay had other plans. "I told him I had to roll. 'If you can't make that situation happen for me, I gotta leave. I gotta go,' I asked him to just let me go — from Def Jam, not from Roc-A-Fella — because he was the president of Def Jam. 'I want to leave Def Jam, I'm out. You're the president, you can push that button. Let me get my release papers.'" According to Beans,  "He [Jay] was like, 'Nah, let me see what I could do,'" Beanie recalls. "That 'see what I could do' turned into another two years."
What do you think about the Roc-A-Fella situation?"

Hustle Hard but the SEC Hustles Harder: 50 Cents Makes $8.7 Mil

"Rapper 50 Cent may have momentarily gotten $8.7 million richer after encouraging his Twitter followers to invest in a money-losing penny stock, but now the hip hopper may be in big trouble with the Security Exchange Commission.

Last weekend, 50, born Curtis Jackson, reportedly Tweeted to his 3.8 million followers, “You can double your money right now. Just get what you can afford” and “They are no joke get in now” about H&H Imports, previously a money-loser with a reported deficit of at least $3.3 million.

Jackson reportedly received 30 million shares of H&H stock in a private placement last October. H&H owns TV Goods, a direct response marketing founded by infomercial guru Kevin Harrington.

H&H closed at 39 cents on Monday, up 29 cents, netting Jackson's shares the aforementioned $8.7 million." -- Via Fox News

Santos Padilla, left, and Alexander Hernandez were arrested after allegedly breaking into rapper 50 Cent's home in Farmington, Conn.
(COURTESY OF AllHipHop News) "Two men were arrested in Farmington, Connecticut, for breaking into the lavish mansion owned by world famous rap star, 50 Cent.

According to the New Britain Police Department, officers responded to a call from the rapper's mansion around 6:00AM, when they noticed a suspicious car parked in at the driveway of the 19-bedroom mansion.

Another security guard patrolling the inside of the huge mansion found an intruder named Alexander Hernandez inside one of 50 Cent's closets - drinking a bottle of wine he had taken from inside the house.

His accomplice, Santos Padilla, was found in another section of the mansion.

Alexander Hernandez was released on $50,000 bond, while Padilla was held in jail for the same amount, according to Connecticut's NBC Channel 30.

50, who was not home at the time of the break-in, is attempting to sell the house, which is currently listed at $9.9 million dollars". - ALLHIPHOP.COM

SHADY, AFTERMATH, AND G-UNIT GETS SUED OVER "I GET MONEY"

(COURTESY OF AllHipHop News) Rap star 50 Cent has been hit with a copyright infringement lawsuit by an aspiring rap artist from Atlanta, Georgia, who claims he owns the original license for the beat to the rapper's biggest hit single, "I Get Money."

Tyrone "Caliber" Simmons, 28, claims he purchased an exclusive license for all the rights to use, record, publish, re-produce and perform the "I Get Money" instrumental beat, which was produced by William "Apex" Stanberry.

The lawsuit, which was filed in the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York, claims that 50 Cent, Aftermath Entertainment, G-Unit and Shady Records knowingly infringed upon his instrumental track, which was included on 50 Cent's third album The Massacre.

"The misappropriation of copyright-protected material is an endemic problem in the music business, and particularly in the genre of hip-hop/rap  This is one such case," said Louis D. Tambaro, an attorney at Red Bank, N.J.-based Marks & Klein, LLP, one of the firms representing Simmons. "Our client was granted exclusive rights to the 'I Get Money' instrumental and was unceremoniously cut out of the loop when the defendants realized they had a huge hit on their hands."

"I Get Money" also spawned a variety of remixes, including a popular "Forbes 1-2-3 Billionaire Remix" featuring Jay-Z, Sean "Diddy" Combs and 50 Cent.

"This type of infringement is simply not fair and will not be tolerated," added Kevin B. Legreide, an attorney at Legreide & Ceres, Toms River, N.J., which also represents Simmons.
